But just like last year, when we were riding horses, Bill got a crazy horse, was thrown off and broke a rib, the same thing happened this year. Finn got a crazy bike ( I blame the bike) and on the toughest section of the entire four days he went down hars and got hurt. He ended up fracturing his hip in two places. OUCH.
He took an ambulance to La Paz, because we were in the middle of nowhere, but they said nothing was broken!!! Way to go docs in Bolivia!!! But this was actually pretty good news for us because Finn CAME BACK despite the pain and finished the jungle trip with us!!! It was awesome and would not have been the same without him. He was in pain and was hobbling around with a walking stick,. but again, we were so thankful he was able to come back and be with us.

So the downhill was great. Then it was time to just hang in the jungle!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
